Liz recently graduated from the Department of Labor’s Apprenticeship Program, coordinated by WCAA. We greatly appreciate Liz’s efforts toward raising the level of quality in early child care, not only because of her completion of the program, but as she graduated with honors.
Providers interested in the apprenticeship program, classes start in August at Casper, Laramie County, Northwest and Sheridan Community Colleges. - Must be a licensed or accredited legally exempt facility.
- Must be in compliance with the Department of Family Services licensing rules.
- Must keep apprenticeship records for 5 years.
- Facility must be in operation for at least one year.
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to comply with wage increases (does not necessarily have to be monetary).
