Sponsors:

  1. Must be a licensed or accredited legally exempt facility.
  2. Must be in compliance with the Department of Family Services licensing rules.
  3. Must keep apprenticeship records for 5 years.
  4. Facility must be in operation for at least one year.
  5. Demonstrate ability and willingness to comply with wage increases (does not necessarily have to be monetary).
